Manager, Customer Care
Olivia has worked as an Administration Manager for the Newcastle Herald for almost 15 years where her role was to streamline processes and oversee the customer service team. She brings extensive knowledge to her role as Customer Care Client Manager for PRD Newcastle & Lake Macquarie, including customer service, time management, team management and business improvements.
Her decision to join the PRD Team was based on her passion for Real Estate, her love for helping others and “being customer focused which is what PRD is all about”.
She enjoys learning the Real Estate industry and hopes to bring customer service to a whole new level.
