Media Release – 100 Warners Bay Apartments Sold

The most significant residential development to be built in Warners Bay has broken new ground with the sale of 100 apartments on the waterfront.

Just 12 out of the 112 apartments are left for sale at the Water’s Edge with the final release expected to be snapped up in the next few weeks.

Warners Bay is becoming the suburb of lifestyle choice with 82% of buyers in Water’s Edge being owner-occupiers with 70 per cent of these buyers from the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area.

Commercial investors are flocking to the development too. PRD Newcastle and Lake Macquarie is one of many who have purchased a commercial office in the complex and will be moving in, in May this year.
