Chasse Ede has real estate in his blood being a third generation real estate agent. His career began when he started with his family run business in Bulahdelah during 2003. He has a driving passion for property; he acquired his first property at the age of 18 and hasn’t looked back. He has since bought, sold, renovated and developed numerous properties along the way.
Prior to joining PRDnationwide, Chasse gained a unique perspective of the property industry; operating throughout the Hunter Valley as a registered property valuer with one of the region’s largest and most respected valuation firms. For a period of five years Chasse gained a wide array of analytical skills which are readily transferable to the real estate industry. With this wide-ranging experience Chasse can add significant value to the buying/selling process not often seen in the industry.
During his time in valuation, Chasse utilised numerous analytical techniques in assessing value including hypothetical development, income analysis and direct comparison. His peerless customer service was a defining attribute which set him apart from many of his peers. He is known as a problem solver who puts client needs before industry tradition, to the significant benefit of all. This is a skill which is extremely transferrable and difficult to obtain.
In addition to his valuation skills, Chasse is a licensed real estate agent with both sales and leasing experience. He is also a stock and station agent and Auctioneer.
Chasse was attracted to PRD because it presents a fantastic opportunity to work with Newcastle’s premier real estate firm which has a proven track record of delivering great results for clients within the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Region. Bridging between his real estate background and valuation skills, his goal is to become a successful listing agent within the region and to be highly regarded amongst his peers whilst assisting buyers and sellers achieve their property goals. As part of the Mark Kentwell team, Chasse is involved with development site sales, high-end client management and buyer management.
He loves spending downtime with family, horse riding on the farm, relaxing outdoors and going to the gym.
