The professionalism displayed was outstanding while at the same time it was obvious everybody was aware of the human side to the sale. We could not fault the manner we have been treated from the beginning. Having said that we were never left with false hope and understood the enormity of the task needed to achieve the result that was obtained which I know was not luck but dedicated hard work with no stone left unturned.
