Newcastle CBD office re-location

Yet another exciting phase in PRDnationwide's growth in the region, we are launching an amazing new office in a brand new shell. The office, like our company embraces technology and style, with Cafe facilities, plasma monitors scrolling our client's properties, auction capabilities, children's play area and private meeting rooms.

Summer 08/09- First home grants and rates improve - Buyer activity is up!

There has been a lot of talk about where the market is heading over the last few months. The news from us is simple - buyer activity is up! This means great things for buyers and sellers trading property. When the share market looks weak, property looks strong.

Historically when rates have fallen and shares have weakened, property has experienced strong growth. So why not take advantage?

Benefits for buyers, why buy now? First home buyers can take advantage of the new government grant increases from $7000 to $14,000 for all homes or $21,000 for brand new properties. This offer has a deadline of around 30th June 2009 so get in now before the competition is too strong. Buyers will also benefit now, with many properties being priced right. After vendors have become realistic through the quieter months of winter and increased interest rates.
